Here is a very rare item seldom found in the Parachute Creek Member localities.  It is a multiple seeded legume pod, with fertile seeds visible in the pod. It shows a mucronate distal tip and truncated dehiscent attachment.
Compare to Denver Museum of Natural History 6950.  The specimen is repaired but not restored.  Also present on the plate is a Mimosites coloradensis leaflet.
